WELCOME TO KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Our Mission: To LEARN, GROW and SERVE as followers of Jesus Christ
Hello!
We’re Clint and Deb Roberts, co-pastors of Knox Presbyterian Church.
How often do you hear life described as hectic and busy? Everyone needs time and a place to recharge and re-focus. Knox offers you the opportunity to do that.
Knox is a place where people share passionately the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. It is a place where people of all ages come together to learn, to grow and to serve.
Come and experience the joy of the Spirit! We invite you to worship with us this Sunday.
What We Believe at Knox
We believe that God has called us together to be a community of faith in Jesus Christ who alone is Head of the Church. We believe Christ has commissioned us to advance God’s kingdom through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
As a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) we believe and affirm:
- That Jesus is Lord
- That Christ gives the Church its faith and life, its unity and mission
- That the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are God’s Word, inspired by the Holy Spirit, the unique and authoritative witness to Jesus Christ
- That God alone is Lord of the conscience
- That there are different gifts and different ways of serving God
- That God calls both men and women to ministry
- That we are called to a ministry of reconciliation
- That in all our human diversity, together we are one body in Christ
We, as members of Knox, seek to lovingly bring others into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to serve rather than be served. Our witness is accomplished by the personal and corporate commitment of our time, talents and treasure toward the building of God’s kingdom.
