CHANCEL CHOIR
Adult participation in the music ministry at Knox includes the Chancel Choir, which meets Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. September 2 begins the new season of the Chancel Choir rehearsals. We know there are many of you who enjoy listening to the choir, but we want you to sing WITH the choir! Why not try it – especially for the Jubilee Sunday? You’ll have a reserved seat, one of the best in the sanctuary! You don’t have to have a great voice or sing a solo – just come because you love music! Consider it “giving back.” We promise you will have fun!
Call or email Jan Parry @ 630-615-4317 or jparry@knoxpres.org. The choir usually sings for the 9:00 a.m. Sunday service and is led by our Director of Music, Curt Parry. The Chancel Choir sings a wide variety of published works, from Handel to the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
