HANDBELL CHOIR
Knox Belles meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. beginning September 9, which is before the Chancel Choir practice.
Have you ever wondered how those people in the handbell choir make such wonderful sounds from those beautiful bronze handbells? Come and check it out at rehearsal on Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the choir room beginning September 9. If you read music, we'll teach you the rest. Knox Belles rings in church about once a month. This choir is under the direction of Karen Van Iten, and have five full octaves and three octaves of choir chimes.
Knox’s handbell choir is also looking for a few people that would be interested in learning how to properly maintain and repair our handbells. We will have someone who does this professionally work with us for a few hours some Saturday and teach us how it is done. If you are interested, please contact Karen Van Iten.
